they used a wrong colour code for my print and never accepted their mistake to even correct or replace print for me.
I do not recommend you use or buy from them.

Sorry to disappoint you. Even if we print it a hundred times, we can't do it without any color difference, and we can't print the color you want in your mind, we can only print it according to the color of the file. Why not you don't upload proof of that pictures I showed you that our prints are close to your file, the right corner is bigger difference from the file your offered.

Terrible experience with Cherry Gao. Colour specifications were not used and she will not rectify or solve issue. she used different colour other than what I gave her and its my loss.
Company rejected the 60D print. No refund No correction to replace. I don't recommend doing business with them
Printed wrong. green instead of blue colour. I regret doing business with Cherry Gao
I lost my money.
